The SmokeMaster C-12 Electronic Air Cleaner is ideal for mounting to solid ceilings.
The SmokeMaster C-12 commercial air cleaner features high efficiency electrostatic cells designed to capture both particulate and gaseous contaminants. This works by a process called "electrostatic precipitation" in which particles are first given a strong electrical charge in the charging section of each cell. These charged particles are then attracted to and held by the collection section of the cell until cleansed at regular intervals. The SmokeMaster C-12 has its own fan which circulates the air through the unit.
The SmokeMaster C-12 can be easily mounted on the ceiling or wall and plugs into a regular 120V outlet. The best location is in a position nearest the concentration of cigar or cigarette smoke or air contamination. All aluminum prefilters and cells are lightweight and can be easily removed for periodic cleaning. The SmokeMaster C-12 electronic commercial air cleaner success is due to the "Coanda Aerodynamic Principle". Most air cleaners re-circulate the air in only one direction, which limits the amount of contaminated air that can reach the air cleaner. The unique 4-way method of air recirculation is multi-directional. It gets the maximum amount of contaminated air to the machine most efficiently. More air reaches the SmokeMaster C-12 while eliminating annoying drafts. This creates people comfort as well as much better air cleaning results!
